*Throughout history of mankind, war has been the favorite past time of great leaders.War indeed is  part of human nature but some do it more than others. Here is a list of the greatest war junkies (for lack of better term) of all time.

(Guys this is a new post, so its still being edited)

10.USA- Since 1775 when they fought for independence to 2011 Libyan Civil War. The United States turned from  meek rebellious colony to the last super power and largest arms dealer in the world. Every generation of Americans had their war... somehow the USA  finds a way to enter another country's internal conflict. Check this out.. in 2010 the United States Government spent $685.1 billion dollars in their exploits in Iraq and Afghanistan. That's the annual budget of a 3rd world country..not including the other $1.4 trillion in other defense related stuff.

9.France- The French Army must have the worst military record in history in terms of wars won. In the last 18 wars the French participated in; they lost 10 , won 3 and draw 5. Please take note that in the 3 wars, they won 2 of them Americans helped and one was the "French revolution" so technically it was a win-win situation for them. Even though France never really won a major battle in history (except maybe when Napoleon was still alive) they still deserve a spot.

8.Japan- A country that has been forged by war. Recent archaeological research has uncovered traces of wars as far back as the Jomon period (ca. 14,000–300 BC) This was way back before Japanese actually used metal. From Jomon period to WWII they were never really at peace. Japan was at constant war internally and externally. The good thing is after WWII  sanctions were imposed to the Japanese Self- Defense Force (Formerly Japanese Imperial Army) because of  war crimes they committed. It prevented them from solving conflicts through military action and just having enough to defend themselves.. This means they won't be able to wage war against neighboring countries just because a fishing boat was lost. In my opinion (just mine) Japan just needs a reason to gain momentum before all hell breaks loose...

7.Spaniards- There territories span the Globe from Asia to the Americas, Spaniards reigned supreme for more than 400 years. They were known as "Conquestadors" or conquerors. They crossed the Atlantic for Spice, God and Gold. They fought Aztecs and other tribes with bows and arrows, in the far east they fought Filipino tribes. They annihilated great civilization and enslaved its people after.

6.Chinese- Do you know how modern China was created? It can be divided into 15 timelines and different eras of Dynasty. In each time line, there were different Kingdoms starting from Zhou Dynasty in 8th B.C . Shown in the picture above.

"In between eras of multiple kingdoms and warlordism, Chinese dynasties (or, more recently, republics) have ruled all of China (minus Xinjiang and Tibet) (and, in some eras, including the present, they have controlled Xinjiang and/or Tibet as well). This practice began with the Qin Dynasty: in 221 BC, Qin Shi Huang united the various warring kingdoms and created the first Chinese empire. Successive dynasties in Chinese history developed bureaucratic systems that enabled the Emperor of China to directly control vast territories." -Wikipedia

Chinese folks have been around since 1600 B.C. They are the longest living civilization.

Currently, modern China is an emerging military super power. Oh..did I mention that they don't like the United States which is also ranked in our top ten list?.. so hmmm... world war III?

5.Greeks- Greeks- From Greek Mythology to actual historical accounts, from Europe to Asia, these bad boys knew how party. Some of the wars they participated in were the Trojan war, Persian war and the Battle of Thermopylae taht the movie 300 was based upon. One prominent Greek warrior was Alexander the Great who was so much into the war that he actually fought Indians in his conquest. Imagine he commanded 30,000 soldiers then marched them across Persia (now the Middle East). Alexander is also regarded as one of the greatest war strategist who ever lived. Until now, his tactics are sill being thought in Military schools all over the world. I think if Alexander was able to defeat the Indians, he would have marched into China then banged with them. What do you think?

4.Romans/Italians- .Romans/Italians- The Italians/ Romans have been clashing swords way before Jesus Christ was born. They were indeed the inheritors of the Greek culture.Along with this inheritance was their love for war. They like war so much they even made a whole stadium "The Parthenon" where Gladiators fought and died. Early Romans cheered as if they were just watching NFL or WWF. Some of their enemies were Parthians, Carthage, Persians, Visigoths, Ostrogoths, Vandals, Alans, and Huns.. Yes ladies and gentlemen (and people in between), they actually were able to cross Persia and manage to fight the Chinese folks.---the Huns…. halfway across the world. Their descendants, the Italians didn't disappoint them. If you try to look at the history of Italy from 14th Century to 1980's its apparent that they always manage to get themselves into trouble.

3.British- Who can forget the Brits. Honestly British war history is so rich I don't know where to start. The English have been at war ever since.....I don't know....the dawn of time maybe. If you combine the history of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland..you'll be amazed how their civilization actually survived. All in all they have 109 wars...and they managed to get involved in another 50. Notice this, every time USA has some kind of conflict, UK is there to back them up. Really, that's what always happens and vice versa like in the conflict in Iraq, Afghanistan, and most recently Libya. Right now they have 30,000 armed personnel deployed overseas 9,500 of them are deployed in Afghanistan.

The color blue in the map are countries with British Armed Forces garrisons, facilities, and deployments

2.Christians-Christians- DON'T READ THIS IF YOU'RE NOT READY TO KNOW THE TRUTH.. There are 2 billion Christians in the world today but Christianity was not spread through bible studies and peaceful lectures . This religion was paved with blood. Early Christians conquered, murdered, raped, plundered probably made every sin listed in the bible from letter A-Z. Christianity started in Jerusalem and was spread by the Roman Empire. The spread of Christianity in Europe was bloody and was justified as holy even though they murdered pagans who resisted to be converted. After conquering Europe,, they traveled to the American continent and Asia. Civilizations were ended because of their crusade . Nowadays, Christians seem to have forgotten their dark past .and they don't even mention it in their lectures.
Jesus Christ's teachings maybe holy but the way it was spread wasn't.

1.Muslims- "Muslim conquests (632–732), (Arabic: Ų§Ł„ŲŗŲ²ŁˆŲ§ŲŖ‎, al-Ä azawāt or Ų§Ł„ŁŲŖŁˆŲŲ§ŲŖ Ų§Ł„Ų„Ų³Ł„Ų§Ł…ŁŠŲ©, al-FatÅ«įø„āt al-Islāmiyya) also referred to as the Islamic conquests or Arab conquests,[1] began after the death of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He established a new unified polity in the Arabian Peninsula which under the subsequent Rashidun (The Rightly Guided Caliphs) and Umayyad Caliphates saw a century of rapid expansion of Muslim power.
They grew well beyond the Arabian Peninsula in the form of a Muslim Empire with an area of influence that stretched from the borders of China and India, across Central Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Sicily, and the Iberian Peninsula, to the Pyrenees." Wikipedia

The Muslims are our number 1.. Muslims are still pretty active in the war business. Don't believe me..take a look at Middle East...that's right, WAR baby. They are into it. Although the Quran preaches peace and Islam means submit, a lot of Muslim countries are in turmoil not to mention they are usually branded as terrorists. When will they stop being so war crazy!? I don't know. (Does not apply to all Muslims, only war junkies)
