Hey,...going to college or planning to shift? I think you should consider these schools first before deciding.
10.Adamson University- There forte is Engineering and Architecture, but they are also very competitive with other courses such as Mass com and Nursing., the people there are friendly (there culture is just friendly) and most of the people are from middle class family.

9.Mapua Institute of Technology- Ok, if Adamson is a good school for Engineering, Mapua is the best, they have world wide reputation. Architecture is also a good course to take in MIT,

8.Letran- Although this school is one of the oldest (since 1620), they have not reach University status yet, why? Well because of small population, small school ground and course offered. If Letran becomes a University I'm sure they could compete against Ateneo and DLSU, but hey it doesn't mean they don't deserve recognition. The students here came from upper middle class to rich background, so if you think this school is cheap think again.

7.UE-RM- Sorry UE Recto but you suck, why? Your bread and butter Accountancy is not the best anymore, but no worries your other campus UE RM is here to save you. UE RM is one of the best medical school in the Philippines, arguably the best.

6.FEU-NRMF- Argh same as UE, FEU Morayta main campus does not have the best reputation. Although FEU Morayta is striving for autonomy (like Ateneo level), it still has a long way to go, the facilities are good but professors are too lax, and college feels like high school. But not FEU NRMF from Quezon City Fairview,.. oh..no,.. this is college level to the hardest. FEU-NRMF is the best medical school in Manila period. They offer Physical Therapy, Nursing and Medtech for college,.. but for you to survive you must have the brains and the passion cause if not, go back to Morayta where you belong. =D

5.PUP- I may not like PUP, because they always have something to say about the way things go in our country, but they are one of the best. There facilities suck, there rooms are hot, the school is overpopulated,... who cares? This school has one of the best grading system and professors Manila has to offer. I just hope they would stop their nonsense in the streets. Besides their tuition is so small...

4.La salle- This school is not over hyped people, it still has that bearing and wow factor.. they also have a very good way of recycling students, the ones that can't make it here are transferred to their sister school Binelde ( I don't know how to spell the school who cares), the people here are proud of their school. DLSU! Wow who cares, anyway it's still a good school and if your planning to study here,.. hope your parents have deep pockets cause you're going to deep.

3.UST- They just reached 400 years, they are the first University in Asia, what the hello are you waiting for apply now. UST has a good relaxing campus, lot's of activities (and pretty girls and boys).Oh..don't worry they accept people from all walks of life.

2.Ateneo- This is a no brainier. The students and alumni act like they own the entire Philippines, they hog the media with their nonsense, and back it up with their education. What can you do? The school for the rich, Ateneo.
